Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with Kirsten & Associates. Due to the nature of our business model the following restrictions apply:

  • All amounts paid to our office go towards any applicable start up expenses noted on the invoice statement which may include a variation of consultation time, background check fee, service equipment, shipping and certification course fees. If a refund is requested a review will be conducted to verify the correct refund amount due after all expenses have been offset from the original payment amount. We are unable to refund amounts paid to third party vendors; however a receipt showing proof of payment to any third party vendor may be provided upon request.
  • Once enrolled in a certification course, fees paid cannot be used to transfer between different opportunities or course start dates for any reason.
  • No refunds will be given if the agent is unable to complete the certification course or fails to certify for any reason.
